Raj Natarajan is an entrepreneur who has founded and managed companies specializing in e-commerce, software products and services in healthcare, finance and the supply chain space in the US.  ​

Raj’s experience includes business development and co-founding software companies with fortune 500 clientele and senior engineering roles with pre-eminent research laboratories such as Argonne National Labs. As founder and director of LN Holdings Inc., he is now focused on Business Development, M&A and debt financing activities in various business sectors.  ​

Raj recently has led a number of M&A transactions in the Government contracting space focused on DOD and IC sector.

Raj consults with a number of capital sources for deployment of growth capital in early and later stage ventures and is active in M&A deals. He has assisted with portfolio investments for investors and business development of portfolio companies. His network of investment professionals and financial institutions provides him access to deal flow in a number of sectors.

Raj’s educational background includes undergraduate degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering from universities in India and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Windsor, Canada.​
